Modern informational systems contain a risk factor as well as the opportunities for the small cultures: on one hand globalization and on the other hand - given the right strategy, there is previously nonexisting possibility to self-define own place and internationalize the culture.

The goal is to digitize the cultural heritage and integrate modern technologies thus actualize and internationalize them.
